Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA)

This section of the website provides details of how the DWQR will adhere to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

Under Regulation 23 of the Act the DWQR is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme. The scheme provides details of what the DWQR has already published as well as what is proposed to be published by the DWQR in the future.
