ResearchRiver Ugie – March 2008 The DWQR commissioned a report entitled “An investigation into the influence of the voluntary initiative on pesticide concentration in the river Ugie catchment and at Forehill Water Treatment Works. It aimed to explore peoples’ attitudes to drinking water quality; what was likely to make them complain about the quality of the drinking water and, just as importantly, what might prevent them from making a complaint.
