The Water Quality (Scotland) Regulations 2010

These Regulations amend various parts of other instruments (Acts and Regulations) to further transpose the European Drinking Water Directive (98/83/EC) into Scottish Law.

• The Regualtions address domestic distribution failures where water is supplied to the public
• Provides a more clearly formatted Annual Sampling Frequencies Table 2, 3 and 4 for the 2001 Rgulations
